1.大家可自行去后台-数据-付款-日期范围报告下载汇总和交易报告；
2.每月汇总报告中的数据可以通过每月交易报告（以下简称Excel)筛选得出明细
3.将Excel里的前7行进行删除，以便后续进行筛选
Product sales (non-FBA)即卖家自行配送商品（即FBM发货）的商品销售总额：941.55---Excel C列筛选Order，J列筛选fulfillment，求和O列product sales
FBA product sales即亚马逊FBA配送商品的商品销售总额:5616.34--- Excel C列筛选Order，J列筛选Amazon，求和O列product sales
FBA product sale refunds即亚马逊FBA配送商品的商品销售退款:-410.74---Excel C列筛选refund，O列筛选product sales 求和为-417.94，可以看到其中有个订单在AC列other存在金额7.2。后台查询存在other订单的为重新入库费（在某些情况下，如果买家退还商品，您可以收取一定金额的重新入库费），所以该笔订单是在产品售价36美金的基础上补偿了7.2美金。综上，是需要求和O列筛选product sales和AC列other即为410.74
FBA inventory credit即亚马逊确定有责任为已丢失或已残损库存向卖家偿还的金额:85.30---ExcelC列筛选Adjustment，F列description可以看到亚马逊赔偿原因，求和AD列total（需要将AD列为负数的删除，负数的可能是亚马逊赔偿后又找到该产品，因此进行调整重新扣款）
FBA liquidation proceeds即清货订单的产品售价:5.79---Excel C列筛选Liquidations，求和O列product sales
Shipping credits订单的运费，这是买家购买商品时收取的运费，由买家支付:192.30--- Excel C列筛选order，不区分AFN或MFN配送，求和Q列shipping credits
Shipping credit refunds即商品销售退款中的运费从卖家的账户结余中扣除的金额:-7.36---Excel C列筛选refund，不区分AFN或MFN，求和Q列shipping credits
Promotional rebates即促销商品从卖家账户余额中扣除的金额:-84.70---Excel C列筛选筛选order，不区分AFN或MFN，求和W列promotional rebates
Promotional rebate refunds即商品销售退款中的促销返点返还给卖家的金额:1.37---Excel C列筛选Refund，不区分AFN或MFN，求和W列promotional rebates

Seller fulfilled selling fees即为“我要开店”收取的费用，包括可变结算费和销售佣金:-192.64--- Excel C列筛选order，J列筛选Seller，求和Z列selling fees
FBA selling fee即配送订单收取的费用，包括关于亚马逊配送订单的可变结算费和销售佣金:-1123.50---Excel C列筛选order,J列筛选Amazon，求和Z列selling fees
Selling fee refunds即为亚马逊针对商品销售退款中的销售费返还给卖家的金额:83.6---Excel C列筛选Refund,得到相关退款订单列表后，去后台付款页面搜索refund order，将退款订单中的销售佣金相加即为83.6
FBA transaction fee即与配送订单相关的费用，包括订单处理、拣货与包装、搬运和相关服务费用:-955.83---Excel C列筛选order,J列筛选Amazon，求和AA列fba fees
FBA transaction fee refunds即退款订单中的亚马逊物流交易费返还给卖家的金额:5.99---Excel C列筛选Refund,J列筛选Amazon，求和AA列fba fees
FBA inventory and inbound services fees即非订单费用，例如亚马逊运营中心的库存费、库存移除和处理费、入库运费、贴标签和类似服务费用:84.39---Excel C列筛选FBA Inventory Fee,F列description看到包含的服务费用有FBA Inventory StorageFee&FBA Removal Order: Disposal Fee&FBA Long-Term Storage Fee，求和AD列Total
Service fees即非订单费用，如月度服务费:-87.81---Excel C列筛选FBA Inventory Fee,F列description看到包含的服务费用有FBA Inventory Placement Service Fee&Subscription，求和AD列Total
Refund administration fees即退款管理费用，即如果卖家为已收到付款的买家订单退款，亚马逊会将卖家为该商品支付的销售佣金减去适用的退款管理费用后的金额退还给您：-16.72---该数据在Excel中没有体现，需要将Excel中的Refund订单进行筛选，通过后台查看筛选的退款订单的Refund administration fees，相加即为16.72
Adjustments即亚马逊公布的杂费存入或支出，例如非订单退款:-9.92---Excel C列筛选Adjustment，F列筛选FBA Inventory Reimbursement - General Adjustment，求和AD列total
Liquidations fees即清货订单费:-2.21---Excel C列type筛选Liquidations，求和AB列other transaction fees
Note:通过支出的数据可知，大部分花销都在FBA selling fees和FBA transaction fees，所以需要查看是否产品分类正确从而降低佣金，以及优化FBA产品包装从而减少配送费用

Transfer即亚马逊转账到卖家银行账户的金额（净销售额、存入款项和退款）:-1465.77---Excel C列筛选trannsfer，求和AD列Total

Amazon Obligated Tax and Regulatory Fee即亚马逊收取的税费 :-462.20--- 不用进行筛选，求和Y列marketplace withheld tax
