wish商户平台部分退款的案例

这里采取用户的退款理由“物流时间过长”作为案例。

案例1

8月1日，用户购置了订单总金额为8美元的产品。

9月4日，用户还没有收到产品，并决议提出退款要求，引证说物流时间太长。为针对用户提出的此退款原因来处置退款要求，Wish给用户返还3美元作为部分退款（总订单金额的37.5%），即商户需要为此订单返还3美元的退款。

9月8日，用户收到了产品并且对质量满意，决议不发起提高的退款。

在本例中，商户需返还一笔3美元的部分退款，但仍将收到该订单的剩余款项（在本案例中为8-3=5美元）。在太平洋时间2022年7月30日下午4时前，即部分退款功能生效前，商户需承担100%退款义务，在本例中即为订单总金额8美元。

案例2

8月1日，用户购置了订单总金额为8美元的产品。

9月4日，用户还没有收到产品，并决议提出退款要求，引证说物流时间太长。为针对用户提出的此退款原因来处置退款要求，Wish给用户返还3美元作为部分退款（总订单金额的37.5%），即商户需要为此订单返还3美元的退款。

9月21日，用户还没有收到产品，决议提出全额退款要求。用户要求第二笔退款，也就是订单的剩余金额8-3=5美元。

在本例中，商户需返还第二笔5美元的退款。这是本例中，商户需返还的第二笔部分退款。

如上所述，每个订单更多能有两笔部分退款，加起来共计订单总额的100%。
