通过Wish出售产品的商户可能有责任就其在特定 /地域的订单代收和代缴税费，Wish不会代为收取和缴纳。代收代缴责任由谁实行取决于商品的价值。

若当地法律规定商户有义务以及Wish有责任确认商户的税务合规情形，商户应向Wish提供其订单详情（如订单数目、价值、代收税费和代缴税费等），以便Wish定期审查商户是否完整遵照当地法律。若商户存在不合规情形，Wish有权从平台删除该商户账户。

MerchantswhomakesalesthroughtheWishmarketplacemayhaveanobligationtocollectandremittaxbasedontheirsalesintoarespectivecountry,whereWishdoesnotcollectontheirbehalf.Thisobligationmaybesubjecttothevalueofthegoods.

TheMerchantshallberequiredtoprovideWishwithdetailsregardingitssales(e.g.volume,value,taxcollected,taxremitted,etc.)forWishtoperformperiodicreviewsthattheMerchantisfullycompliantwiththelocallaw,wheretheMerchantisliableandWishhasalegalobligationtoconfirmtheMerchant’staxcompliance.WheretheMerchantfailstobecompliant,WishreservestherighttoremovetheMerchantfromitsplatform.
