大多数州规定，若wish商户代收州税费，其必需代收所有处所税费。这些州通常对州内所有交易按统一税率征收出售税：所有处所征税辖区（如城镇）拥有和州相同的税收关联和出售税申请过程。

在这些州，通常设置州级的税收关联，没有处所税收关联。对于这些州，若商户通过Wish的税务设置服务确认其在某个州有税务关联，则该州处所辖区的所有附加出售税要求将主动实用于该商户在该州发生的出售额。鉴于此，在该州有税收关联的商户将有责任就在该州产生的所有应税交易代收和申报出售税，无论出售目标地是否在州外。例如，如果商户在“税务设置”中选择爱荷华州税收关联配置，则该商户将被视为与爱荷华州的所有处所辖区均有税收关联。Wish商户仍可以搜索或筛选其在特定处所辖区的Wish税收关联设置，但无法修正辖区级的税收关联。
