4.如果我收到了一份A+物流计划订单,但是所对应的路向国不支撑承运该产品,怎么办?

Wish强烈建议商户提前检讨相关产品/订单是否符合新的尺码/重量/品类限制要求。

若您的产品/订单不符合新的尺码/重量/品类限制要求,请前往WishPost申诉工具页面,在线提交申诉以申请将该产品或相关订单从A+物流计划中移除。商户需重点击申诉提交“页面下方“templatedownload”下载更新模板并填写目的产品或订单的“产品ID(ProductID)”和/或“订单ID(OrderID)”,”体积”、“重量”、“意向渠道”以及“产品属性”。请注意,”产品属性”为必填项,点击可在下拉框中选择产品属性。Wish将在3-4个工作日内审核您的申请。如果审核通过,则该产品/订单将会从A+物流计划中移除,成为普通订单,之后需要商户自行选择其他渠道实行这些订单。

5.A+物流计划现支撑新型冠状病毒疫情相关的防疫用品?

A+物流计划现已经为商户屏蔽了绝大部分防疫物品。如果商户仍然收到了新型冠状病毒防疫类产品的订单:

1).建议商户先不要为订单标志为“已发货“。请尽快前往WishPost申诉工具页面,在线提交申诉,提供该防疫类订单的订单ID、产品ID,将该订单从A+物流计划中移除,一般在提出申请后的3-4个工作日便可改变为非A+物流计划订单,随后请商户通过自有渠道及时实行。

2).如果已经将订单标志为“已发货“的话,请尽快将该防疫类订单的订单ID和产品ID提交给客户经理,审核成功后将改变为非A+物流计划订单,商户将在商户平台收到重新实行订单的通知,并可以重置物流跟踪单号。

3).如果商户自行撤消该类订单的话,将受到商户政策第5.9条-撤消订单赔款政策的束缚,或被处以相应的赔款。

4).对于已配送到指定A+物流计划仓库的防疫类货品订单,请尽快将其订单ID和产品ID提交给客户经理,审核成功后将改变为非A+物流计划订单,商户将在商户平台收到重新实行订单的通知,并可以重置物流跟踪单号。与此同时,如果商户还有该防疫类订单产品的库存,请先应用库存配送,同时联系仓库或WishPost客服取回滞留仓库的货品。

6.A+物流计划订单被配送到仓库后因超限(重量、尺码、品类等)被退回,我该如何持续实行此订单?

1).Wish建议商户提前自查产品,及早提交申请屏蔽对应路向不支撑承运的产品;

2).若订单已达到A+物流计划仓库,可联系对应的仓库申请退回。

Youareadvisedtoreviewyourproduct’seligibilityinadvancefortheAdvancedLogisticsProgram.Ifaproductororderisnotwithinthedimension,weight,orcategorylimitssupportedbytheAdvancedLogisticsProgram,pleasenavigatetoWishPost>theDisputeToolkitspage,andsubmitanonlinedisputeassoonaspossibleinordertoremovethisproductorrelatedordersfromtheAdvancedLogisticsProgram.Onthe“SubmitDispute”page,pleaseclick“templatedownload”todownloadthelatesttemplateandfillintherelevant“ProductID”/“OrderID”,“Volume”,“Weight”,“PreferredChannel”,and“ProductAttribute”.Notethatthe“ProductAttribute”isarequiredfieldthatyoucanclickontoreveala -downmenuforselecting.Wishwillreviewandprocessyourrequestwithin3-4businessdays.Ifapproved,theorderwillberemovedfromtheAdvancedLogisticsProgram,andyoumaydirectly shiprelatedorderstocustomersafterward.

Currently,mostCOVID-19relatedproductsarenotsupportedbytheAdvancedLogisticsProgram.Ifyoureceiveanorderforsuchproductsstill,pleaserefertothefollowinginstructions:

1).First,pleasedonotmarktheordershipped.PleasenavigatetoWishPost>theDisputeToolkitspage,andsubmitanonlinedisputewiththerelevantOrderIDandProductIDinordertoremovetheorderfromtheAdvancedLogisticsProgram.Wishwillreviewandprocessyourrequestwithin3-4businessdays.Ifapproved,theorderwillberemovedfromtheAdvancedLogisticsProgram,andyoumaychooseothershippingchannelstofulfilltheorder.

2).Iftheorderisalreadymarkedshipped,pleasesendtheOrderIDandProductIDtoyourAccountManagerassoonaspossibletoremovetheorderfromtheprogram.Aftertheorderisremovedfromtheprogram,youwillreceiveanotificationontheMerchantDashboardremindingyoutocontinuefulfillingtheorder.Nowthelogisticstrackingnumbercanalsobeupdated.

3).Ifyourefundtheorder,youwillbesubjecttothe“OrderCancellationPenaltyPolicy”orapplicablepenalties.

4).IftheorderisalreadydeliveredtothedesignatedAdvancedLogisticsProgramwarehouse,pleasesendtheOrderIDandProductIDtoyourAccountManagerassoonaspossibletoremovetheorderfromtheProgram.AftertheorderisremovedfromtheProgram,youwillreceiveanotificationontheMerchantDashboardremindingyoutocontinuefulfillingtheorder.Nowthelogisticstrackingnumbercanalsobeupdated.Inthemeantime,youcanchoosetoshipthisorderusingyourinventoryandthenrequesttoretrievetheproductbackloggedinthewarehousebycontactingthewarehouseorWishPostCustomerServiceteam.
