5.10带有“A+物流计划订单”标志的订单必需应用规定的WishPost物流渠道实行

商户必需应用以下WishPost物流渠道之一来实行带有“A+物流计划订单”标记的订单，选择准则取决于订单是否受确认妥投政策（商户政策5.4）束缚：

安速派经济(otype:5001-1)

安速派准则(otype:5002-1)

若商户未应用规定的上述物流渠道实行相关订单，则其可能将面临赔款。

5.11未在订单释放后168小时内配送至A+物流计划仓库的订单将被收取额外费用

若A+物流计划订单未在其释放给商户后的168小时内配送至A+物流计划仓库，将依照价钱表对商户收取100%的运费，外加50%原运费。

如有异议，商户可通过WishPost账户中的EPC申诉工具对外加的50%费用提出申诉。

5.12必需准确申报A+物流计划订单中的敏感或特别产品

在将产品配送至A+物流计划仓库前，商户必需在WishPost中准确辨认并申报敏感或特别产品。商户必需将普通产品和敏感/特别产品离开打包，再将其配送至A+物流计划仓库。

如果商户未在WishPost中申报敏感或特别产品类型，但将该类产品配送至了A+物流计划仓库，则商户将会被额外收取CN¥1.00/包裹的敏感产品处置费。

5.13商户必需将订单配送至准确的A+物流计划仓库

商户必需依照商户平台和WishPost上指明的配送地址，将订单配送至准确的A+物流计划仓库。若订单配送至错误的仓库地址，商户将被额外收取CN¥5.00/包裹的处置费。

5.14带有“要求支付消费者VAT”标志的订单必需通过Wish认可的物流服务商或者WishPost物流渠道来实行

带有“要求支付消费者VAT”标志的订单必需通过支撑以消费者的名义缴纳增值税(VAT)的Wish认可的物流服务商或者WishPost物流渠道来实行，且消费者仍为记录在案的进口商。

若此类订单未应用Wish认可的物流服务商或WishPost物流渠道实行，商户可能将面临赔款。

5.15实行和妥投零担货运订单(LTL)的要求

如果您的大件包裹产品需要应用LTL（零担货运）运输，则需遵守下文所述政策。若未能遵照这些政策，则订单可能无法获得付款资历，且商户可能会被处以赔款：

商户需在收到LTL订单后的5个自然日内发货，且需要在订单释放之日起的14日内将该订单标志为已发货。如果未能在14日内将LTL订单标志为已发货，则该笔订单会被视为订单实行超时，体系将主动退款。如果店铺产生多次订单实行超时，商户可能会被处以赔款，具体以商户和Wish的商定为准。

商户必需选择能确保及时妥投LTL订单的物流服务商，Wish会协助告诉用户该商户提供的妥投服务类型。

商户必需在用户购置时向其说明可提供的妥投服务等级。请参考下文，查看妥投服务等级及其定义：

路边妥投：物流服务商会将包裹运送到用户地址所在的街途径边。

妥投至距离更近的入口内：物流服务商会将包裹运送到更近的地面入口处。

妥投至用户指定的房间：物流服务商会将包裹运送到用户指定的房间。

白手套妥投：物流服务商会将包裹送达用户指定的房间，拆开外包装，并依据用户的要求安装好产品。

如果LTL订单未能由物流服务商确认实行，则该订单将无法获得付款资历，且商户可能因此被处以赔款，具体以商户和Wish的商定为准。商户可以提供可证明该LTL订单已实行的证据，对赔款提出申诉。

在商户将LTL订单标志为已发货之后的2日内，如果订单未被物流服务商确认实行，则商户必需向Wish提供LTL订单已妥投的证明。商户提供的证明必需是妥投收据或显示订单已妥投的物流跟踪链接。

5.16Wish可重新上架用户未提货的WishPickup订单产品

某些Wish实行计划*可协助实行加入了WishLocal计划的用户订单，包含（但不限于）WishPickup订单。

若用户订购了符合WishPickup条件的产品，但在WishLocal零售商完成订单签收后的15天内用户未从该零售商处提货，则商户懂得并赞成由Wish在平台上重新上架该WishPickup订单中的产品。如果符合商户政策9.2.2-订单付款资历中规定的条件，则商户仍可能有资历获得该订单的付款。

如果Wish重新上架该产品，则商户懂得并赞成，对于任何重新上架的产品：(a)Wish将不会且不能被视为获得该产品的合法所有权，(b)若Wish之后售出该产品，商户除了本应收到和已经收到的订单付款外，将不会再收到该产品的任何款项，并且(c)Wish可以全权自行酌情决议应用该产品之前应用的相同的产品详情页、商户标识和商户之前应用的任何其他信息。

IfanorderisnotdeliveredtotheAdvancedLogisticsProgramwarehousewithin168hoursofthetimethe“AdvancedLogisticsProgramOrder”isreleasedtomerchants,merchantswillbecharged100%oftheshippingfeesbasedonpricingschedule,plusanadditional50%oftheoriginalshippingfees.

Merchantsareallowedtodisputethisadditional50%feeviatheEPCDisputeToolwithintheirWishPostaccount.

5.12SensitiveorspecialproductswithintheAdvancedLogisticsProgrammustbecorrectlydeclared

MerchantsmustcorrectlyidentifyanddeclaresensitiveorspecialproductsinWishPostbeforeshippingthemtotheAdvancedLogisticsProgramwarehouse.Merchantsmustdelivergeneralandsensitive/specialproductstotheAdvancedLogisticsProgramwarehouseinseparatepackages.

IfmerchantsdonotdeclaresensitiveorspecialproducttypeinWishPost,butdeliversuchaproducttoanAdvancedLogisticsProgramwarehouse,merchantswillbechargedanadditionalCN¥1.00perpackageofSensitiveProductHandlingFee.

5.13MerchantsmustdeliverorderstothecorrectAdvancedLogisticsProgramwarehouse

MerchantsmustdeliverorderstothecorrectAdvancedLogisticsProgramwarehouseindicatedinshippingaddressonMerchantDashboardandWishPost.SendingorderstoanincorrectwarehouseaddresswillresultinanadditionalchargeofCN¥5.00perpackage.

5.14Ordersflaggedas“PayCustomerVAT“PC-VAT”required”mustbefulfilledwithoneoftheacceptableshippingcarriersorWishPostlogisticschannels

Eligibleordersflaggedas“PayCustomerVAT“PC-VAT”required”mustbefulfilledwithoneoftheacceptableshippingcarriersorWishPostlogisticschannelsthatoffersupporttopayValueAddedTax(VAT)onbehalfofcustomers,andthecustomersremaintheimportersofrecord.

IfaffectedordersarenotfulfilledwithanacceptableshippingcarrierorWishPostlogisticschannel,merchantsmaybesubjecttopenalties.

5.15Requirementsforfulfillinganddeliveringless-than-truckloadorders

IfyourlargeparcelproductsrequireLTL(less-than-truck-load)transportationusingfreightshipping,thefollowingpoliciesapply.Failingtoabidebythesepoliciesmaypreventordersfrombeingeligibleforpaymentandmayresultinthemerchantincurringcertainpenalties:

MerchantsareencouragedtoshipanLTLorderwithin5calendardaysafterreceiptofsuchorder,andhaveupto14daysaftersuchorder’sreleasetomarktheLTLorderasshipped.AnLTLordernotmarkedasshippedwithin14calendardayswillbeconsideredalatefulfillmentandwillbeauto-refunded.RepeatedlatefulfillmentsmayresultincertainpenaltiesascommunicatedbyWishtomerchants.

MerchantsmustselectcarriersthatensurethetimelydeliveryofLTLorders,andWishwillassistwithcommunicatingtocustomersthedeliveryservicetypesofferedbythemerchants.

Merchantsmustprovidethedeliveryservicelevelspecifiedtothecustomeratthetimeofpurchase.Belowarethedeliveryservicelevelsandtheirdefinitions:

Curbsidedelivery:carrierswillbringtheparcelontothesidewalkatthecustomer’saddress.

Deliveryinsidethenearestentrance:carrierswillbringtheparcelinsidethenearestgroundlevelentrance.

Deliverytotheroomofchoice:carrierswillbringtheparceltotheroomofthecustomer’schoice.

Whiteglovedelivery:carrierswillbringtheparceltotheroomofthecustomer’schoice,removetheouterpackage,andsetuptheproductbasedonthecustomer’sneeds.

IfanLTLorderisnotconfirmedfulfilledbythecarriertracking,theordermaybeineligibleforpayment,andthemerchantmaybesubjecttocertainpenaltiesascommunicatedbyWishtothemerchant.MerchantsmaydisputesuchpenaltybyprovidingevidencethattheLTLorderwasfulfilled.

MerchantsmustprovideWishwithconfirmationofanLTLorder’sdeliveryifanLTLorderisnotconfirmedfulfilledbycarriertrackingwithin2daysafterthemerchantmarkstheLTLorderasshipped.SuchconfirmationofanLTLorder’sdeliverymustbeintheformofadeliveryreceiptoracarriertrackinglinkthatindicatesthedeliveryoftheorder.

5.16ProductsofWishPickupordersthatarenotretrievedbycustomersmayberelistedbyWish

CertainWishfulfillmentprograms*mayfacilitatefulfillmentforordersmadebycustomersaspartoftheWishLocalprogram,including(butnotlimitedto)WishPickuporders.

ShouldacustomerplaceanordersubjecttoWishPickup,butfailtoretrievetheorderfromtheWishLocalRetailerlocationwithin15calendardaysoftheorderbeingcheckedinbytheWishLocalRetailer,themerchantunderstandsandagreesthatWishmayrelistthecorrespondingproductoftheWishPickuporderontheWishplatform.ThemerchantmaystillbeeligibleforpaymentfortheorderiftherequirementsoutlinedinMerchantPolicy9.2.2-OrderPaymentEligibilityaremet.

ShouldWishrelisttheproduct,themerchantunderstandsandagreesthat,foranyrelistedproduct:(a)Wishshallnot,andinnowaybedeemedto,takelegaltitletosuchproduct,(b)shouldWishthencompleteasubsequentsaleofsuchproduct,themerchantwillnotreceivepaymentbeyondanypaymentthatthemerchanthadbeeneligibletoreceiveandalreadyreceivedforsuchorder,and(c)Wishmay,atitsdiscretion,usethesameproductlisting,merchantidentification,andanyotherinformationpreviouslyusedbythemerchantforsuchproduct.
