6.1如果店铺退款率过高，其账户将被暂停交易

退款率是指在一段时间内，退款订单数除以总订单数的比例。如果这个比率极高，那么店铺将被暂停。退款率低于5%属于正常程度。查看您的店铺退款率

6.2如果店铺的拒付比率非常高，其账户将被暂停

拒付比率是指某个时段内退单拒付的订单数与收到的总订单数之比。如果这个比率极高，店铺将被暂停交易。拒付比率低于0.5%属于正常程度。查看您店铺的拒付比率

6.3严禁辱骂用户

严禁对Wish用户施予辱骂性行动和语言，Wish对此类行动采用零容忍态度。

6.4严禁要求用户绕过Wish付款

如果商户要求用户在Wish以外的平台付款，其账户将被暂停。

6.5严禁引诱用户分开Wish

若商户引诱用户分开Wish，则相应账户将面临被暂停交易的风险和/或每次违规被处以$10,000.00*的赔款。请参阅政策5.7-诱骗性实行订单政策了解更多信息。

6.6严禁要求用户提供个人信息

如果商户要求用户提供付款信息、电子邮箱等个人信息，其账户将被暂停。

6.7Wish用户有权享有及时、礼貌和有效的客服服务

如果用户能够直接与商户联系，或者商户选择自行提供客服服务，则商户必需遵照本章节（商户政策6）中的规定。

6.3Customerabuseisnottolerated

AbusivebehaviourandlanguagetowardsWishcustomersisstrictlyprohibitedandwillnotbetolerated.

6.4AskingacustomertopayoutsideofWishisprohibited

IfamerchantasksacustomertopaythemoutsideofWish,theiraccountwillbesuspended.

6.5DirectingacustomeroffWishisprohibited

IfamerchantdirectsacustomeroffWish,theiraccountisatriskofsuspensionand/orapenaltyof$10,000.00*perincident.PleaseseePolicy5.7-DeceptiveFulfillmentPolicyforfurtherinformation.

6.6Askingacustomerforpersonalinformationisprohibited

Ifamerchantasksacustomerforpersonalinformationsuchaspaymentinformation,email,etc,theiraccountwillbesuspended.

6.7Wishcustomersareentitledtotimely,courteousandeffectivesupport

WherecustomershavetheabilitytocontactMerchantsdirectlyorwhereMerchantshaveoptedtoprovidetheirowncustomersupport,itmustcomplywiththisp6.
