8.1账户被暂停后将产生以下情形：

账户被限制浏览

店铺的产品处于不可出售状况

店铺的付款被暂扣3个月

若严重违背Wish政策，店铺的付款将被永久扣留

店铺需对所有退款订单承担100%退款义务

账户被暂停的原因包含但不限于以下各项：

8.2要求用户提供个人信息

如果商户向用户索取个人信息（包含电子邮箱地址），商户账户将面临被暂停的风险。

8.3要求用户汇款

若商户要求用户直接汇款，其账户将面临被暂停的风险。

8.4提供不当用户服务

如果商户提供了不恰当的用户服务，其账户将面临被暂停的风险。

8.5诱骗用户

如果商户诱骗用户，其账户将面临被暂停的风险。

8.6要求用户浏览Wish以外的店铺

如果商户要求用户浏览Wish以外的店铺，对应的商户账户将面临被暂停交易的风险和/或每次违规$10,000.00*的赔款。请参阅政策5.7-诱骗性实行订单政策了解更多信息。

8.7出售假冒产品或仿品

如果商户的店铺出售假冒产品或仿品，商户帐号将面临被暂停的风险。

Ifamerchanthasrequestedadirectpaymentfromthecustomer,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.

8.4Providinginappropriatecustomerservice

Ifamerchanthasprovidedinappropriatecustomerservice,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.

8.5Beingdisingenuoustocustomers

Ifamerchantisbeingdisingenuoustocustomers,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.

8.6AskingcustomerstovisitstoresoutsideofWish
