从他们的订单中删除某个产品

指定或要求不同的尺码或色彩

更改他们的送货地址

查询他们的订单状况

要求提供运输ETA或跟踪链接

报告订单中有缺点、破坏或损失的物品

发起订单的退货、换货或退款

wish商家应及时回复用户，即在用户开票或发送资讯后的几个工作日内。

wish商家还可以通过相同的票务体系就他们的订单联系用户。这许可商家自动通知用户有关延迟、运输和跟踪信息、售罄的产品以及与订单相关的其他详细信息。

Merchantsareexpectedtoprovidecustomerservicetotheuserswhorequestassistancewiththeirorders.Merchantscarryouttheircustomerservicethroughourcontactsellerfeature(theticketsystem).OnceauserplacesanorderonWish,theyareabletocontactthemerchantabouttheirorderbyopeningaticket.Ausermaycontactthemerchantforthefollowingreasons:

toremoveacertainproductfromtheirorder

tospecifyorrequestadifferentsizeorcolor

tochangetheirshippingaddress

toinquireaboutthestatusoftheirorder

toaskforashippingETAortrackinglink

toreportadefective,damaged,ormissingitemintheirorder

toinitiateareturn,exchange,orrefundoftheirorder

Merchantsshouldrespondtousersinatimelymanner,i.e.,withinafewbusinessdaysoftheuseropeningaticketorsendingamessage.

Merchantscanalsocontacttheuserabouttheirorderthroughthesameticketsystem.Thisallowsmerchantstoproactivelyinformusersaboutdelays,shippingandtrackinginformation,soldoutproducts,andotherdetailsrelatedtotheorder.

Thefollowingcustomerservicepractices,however,willnotbetoleratedonWish:
